Problemas con el email

Me creé una cuenta en osm con mi email principal, pero después pensé rn cambisr el nombre y vi que no se podia, entonces elimine por completo la cuenta. El problema es que ahora me quiero hacer una cuenta con ese email pero no puedo ya que me pone que el email pertenece a una cuent deshabilitada o algo así, por favor ayuda

An e-mail can only belong to one account, even if that account has been disabled. You will have to contact our customer support to help you out with this. You can find our support through the below link.

After that, click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the manager names of both you current account and the account that you disabled.
