Problem logging into forum

Hi.
One of my friends is having problem logging into the forum.
He said that: I cant open anything this (This community forum collects and processes your personal information.) pops up everytime when i click to something.How can this issue be solved? Thanks in advance.

Your friend should have on that pop up a button that will send him to the page where he needs to grant consent. If he can't find it, he can use the link below
