Hey Brinki, basically inside the tactical page, OSM already giving us many hints,
for example,

1. positioning of Attacker, midfielder and defensive players, the hint is don't set attacking line when you have lot of defending qualities players.
   
2. Pressure , Style and tempo of play
   when you want to play with attacking plan, you should apply higher pressure, 0 mean no press while 100 mean high press. while, you should set your style to attacking while you are using offensive formation, and set a higher tempo if your team is more superior than opponets.

3. Tackling style
   tackling like in real life can be crucial for the matches, but be careful to pay attention to the referee, you might not easily get a card if the referee is lenient, so basically you can play hard tackles. but if the referee is trigger happy one, you can easily get a card, including red card.
   
   

but besides of that, you will find that it will take times for you to find a good tactics for your teams. that's what make OSM is interesting. even when you use same tactics, you get a varied results.

I think it's quite difficult if you use the same 433A to fight your enemy. since your squad is weaker than your enemy.
if your enemy is still using 433B, you can use 5 midfielders tactic like 4231 or 451 with Shoot on Sight tactic. But effective or not, it depend on your overall tactic setting.

so that's why you find many managers will use wingplay in 433B formation.
