cons
1 no confirm message for accidentally wasting 40 boss coins when clicking on the wrong player (why that many anyway?)
2 can only look for selecting rating ranges (50-59, 69-69 and so on) not customisable (i suggest using range sliders)
3 have to pay boss coins anyway plus extra money. if at least got it at exact price (0% loss) then would be worth…
4… waiting like 8 hours for him and only get 30 minutes to paypros
-allows you to find an exact player (still a bit pricey)
-easy when you need to just buy and sell random players eg to reach minuimum limits or emergency signings (still hafta wait a little) -

About some of your cons:
- Confirmation button was removed when you have to pay less Bosscoins than the threshold is (around 100 BC I believe), because users were complaining about that extra step.
There are two reasons you have to pay extra Bosscoins:
- 100 rated players cost more Bosscoins as these are far stronger players.
- You don't have enough Club Funds on hand. You can then spend Bosscoins to compensate the lack of Club Funds.
3+4. Welcome to the world of free-to-play games. This is very normal for this type of games, although OSM isn't that bad compared to some other mobile games out there. I'm sure you are aware that you don't have to pay a monthly subscription to play OSM. So this is al being done for the needed revenue to keep OSM online.
