Good afternoon, OSM team. First of all, I want to say that OSM has been my favorite game since I discovered it in 2022, but I feel that right now it’s stuck. It’s always the same: you join a league or tournament, buy and sell players, tactics, etc. That’s why I have several recommendations that would make OSM more dynamic and entertaining.

Specific instructions: I would love for one player in each position to receive specific instructions. For example: Defender – go up for corners, mark a certain opponent (without the need for man-marking in your tactics), counterattack (without having to play counterattack as your style). Forward – stay up front, drop back to defend (without changing your general playing style). And so on for every position.
Substitutions: Before a match, there could be a section to schedule 3 substitutions. You’d select 3 players to go out, 3 to come in, and even choose the minute of the substitution. They could also add that if a player doesn’t play the full match, he doesn’t get as tired. That would be great.
New simulation: Matches could be viewed in a different way, for example through an aerial camera, like in FIFA.
More playing styles: Improve the general tactics. For example: vertical attacks, set piece plays, adapting your playing style depending on the result, etc.
Time-wasting: Being able to give instructions before a match and, if the result is favorable, waste time. It may sound unfair, but there’s also the chance that the opponent scores because they change their style of play, or that the referee gives you a yellow card.
Artificial Intelligence: Nowadays, access to AI is very easy, and I believe its inclusion would improve the game. If AI is too complex or expensive to implement, it could just be used in the most popular leagues with the largest number of players, such as the top 5 leagues, the Champions League (obviously), and other important tournaments.
Surveys: When changes are planned for the game, players could be surveyed. These surveys should take place within the game (not on Discord or the forum, since not every manager is there), either in the news section or by creating a new section for them.
Game aesthetics: The current design of the game (font and the shape of the player cards) is HORRIBLE. Two years ago, the game looked beautiful and really nice, but now it looks HORRIBLE. That’s my personal opinion. You could use surveys for this as well. Also, the iOS version has better transitions, colors, etc. In my opinion, this design should also be implemented on Android.

I’ll wrap up by saying that I hope you consider some of these recommendations. The only “new content” we get are new tournaments, leagues, and things like that – which, at the end of the day, are always the same. I feel the game is stuck and sometimes boring. The updates have been the same for YEARS: interface and design improvements (though recently the design has gotten worse), more modernization, but it’s always the same.

I agree with everything but 8. I play on the web version so it might be different.

I would say that the majority of players would agree that the game is getting very repetitive.

what will i gain if the player entered in 85 minute?
also i had another point
why this game is slowed and loke like looped
wait all the day to play the bored match and like you said: this game is not changed

In the 23 years this game excist most of the numbers passed by before.

Will not happen, it stays 'this' easy, a choice by the Admin. We had it on BCS in 2006 but not on OSM. Keeping it simple is the mind of this game, and the succes since 2002.
Same as 1, it wil not happen for now. It's about the engine, does'nt effect the result.

6.What is the benefit of AI in the game? It's about you as the manager yourself.
There is a survey, and your always welcome to give your opinion.
They always work on the interface, believe me everything changed a lot since 2002.

Still i would thank you for al the input, some things are old as the way to Rome, other things are a bit new but i don't see it happen for now.

I would like an option for leaugues with transfer windows, or without any transfers. So the focus is on tactics and training, not on trading. My team changes every other day now, if I want to keep with other people in my league

You can start a league without transfers.
Even without timers etc.
