In my opinion, the moderators of leagues have very little control of the league they are playing, there should be an option that gives the moderator the possibility to fine teams, take points of teams, makes it impossible for players to spend money on the league and etc. Those additions would make much more sense for a person to spend 400 boss coins on a private league that they cant even control.

@Loris-Quadrivi When you create a league you've got the option to make the settings before the start of the league.
- League that accepts BC influence or not.
- League with or without transfers.
- Pay for the timers or forbid to pay for the timers.
Fine teams, take points of teams are not an option. That is the work of the OSM staff. But not in the way you mention.
