Ads not finishing/training not accelerated

For weeks now there have been ads that don't run properly. Royal Kingdom and Monopoly go for example.
They either run for minutes without the option to close, or if they close the player's training does not advance instead the wheel on the icon spins for ever.
What's going on? -

Unfortunately we've no control over the ads. It's on partner's side. In order to get the reward (training in this particular situation) ads have to finish.
Can I ask you to screen record next time you get one of these ads so I can forward them to my colleagues so they can report them to our ads partner?
