Hi,
I also can't get prize for "Completing 100 Transfer" .
Notification seems at the page , but when I click on the "get prize " button , it makes an error and "uuups , something wrong , we'll refresh the page" notification comes.
As a result , I can't get 100 coins prize.Also , I'm leaving a screenshot here , you can check from the system.

Actually? None of them...
I've validated my email, and every time the page refresh, or I log in, it said I can collect the 10 things. But when I click, it said sg went wrong...
I've had a clean sheet all of my 3 matches, but when I tried to collect, it said sg went wrong again.
I've transferred all my money to the bank, but again, I was unable to collect my reward...If I go to the Milestones in my profile, what I see, is the program isn't counting anything. As I've mentioned, eg. I have 3 clean sheets, but the achievement "The Wall" still say I have 0/10 clean sheets...
So yes, it seems, there are some achievements bug.

não consigo receber as conquistas, sempre dá um erro, ganhei em 2 itens e não recebi os dias de ouro, ganhei os 400 gols no mercado pro e os 100 gols no Chefão da Copa, será que tem como consertar esse bug?

I couldn't collect 'trainer achievement' 56/20, although I fulfilled over 20 players got trained. After every training improvement, achievement alert comes out, but I click on it, 'oops something's got wrong' or something similar emerges...
I encountered similar issue like that with 'negotiator achievement' on my other account..
note:Mostly I use my osm account via web-browser...
