Does the fitness fillup also as a Substitue???

Yes, but as soon as he gets in, he also loses fitness. Obviously not more than a player who is standing on the field all over the game.

@Lirind And if the substite is not going in he dont gain fitness???

Yes then he doesn't loose fitness, and will be "ok" for the next match.
