the league cant be created

I tryed to create a league and it took 400 coins. Now , ı couldnt create a new league and 400 coins gone

it happened on 9 March 2017 at 20: 00 o clock
I started to create new league from english league to my 4th account . ı chose a team and pushed sıgn contrat button after that nothing happened . ı exit from application. 20 min later my coins gone from 454 to 400 coins.
