Problems with "Edit profile"

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if you have the same problem; my account profile doesn't allow me to edit it. Before, I could easilly do all the wanted changes, now it's impossible to do anything in last two months.
I tried to log in from many browsers (Mozilla, Chrome, Explorer) but the same story all arround. Thanks for answers or advises.

Hello @ruby2003, look the picture below; when I change something on profile, I comfirm it. At that moment, it looks like on screenshot. But when I refresh to see profile, old standings stay.
