Scout not listening

I tell my scout to get a <25 year old defence midfielder with 90+ skills. He commes back with this crap:

Paredes Mid 22 Roma 78 83 80 13,49M

I don't pay him 75k to get me this players.

The reason is that there are not that many 90+ players and most of the time they are first gone.
