Hi, this is because you bought the player from a team in your league (I. E. When you buy a player from a team in your league, he has to be in your team for at least a round before he could be sold wether through the Transfer list or offer).
Also, only players bought from the computer through the transfer list can be added immediately back to the TL or sold through offer.
