Hello mate,
what you suggest isn't going to happen....that's because i don't see why to have a delay in matches, another issue is, let's say you want to delay your game..what if another manager in your league doesn't want to delay it ? the league stays delayed for everyone? just for you?...no...
As for the money of the game instead of coins, the company has to make some profit to be able to give benefits to managers...and don't forget that you can play OSM without coins...
