I have registered me, i send email and i have confirmed it, i put password but i think that i have sent some email to a different email adress. Now the accoubt is verified. Can it be stoled now?

That depends if there are any private info about your account in the mail that you sent to that other mail address.

If you are not sure about that, then it's wise to change your osm password through website just in case.
Login to website, go to profile, edit profile and change it there.
