Create new competition fail

Hi,
I would like to create a new competition in Belgium (I have never created a competition). I'm following all te steps to create one, but at the final click I receive a message (see image) that there is a problem.
Someone with an answer/solution?

I'm trying on the computer (Windows) not on phone/tablet

Yes, It does not help.
I tried another browers (internet explorer), I receive the same image with a little more info. (see image)

Upload image don't work in reply, this is the text that appears:
"Unable to get property 'id' of undefined or null reference"

Such as which league you want to create?
On which slot you want to create the league?
Do you want to activate any of the advanced settings or do you want to have all league settings open? -
I want to create a new competition in Belgium (First division).
What do you mean with slot type?
All settings normal.
I just want to have a closed competition for the first day so my friends can choose a team, then the competition needs to be open for erverybody.

Ok. I want to make it on slot 1. The other slots are used yet.
