Problems with continuing a league

Hello,
When the league was over we decided to continue the league with German1(Bundesliga). But now we have the problem that some manager couldn't
take any Team. According to them all Teams looks like already been chosen.
But 8 Teams doesn't have am manager until now. Can you fix this?

Could you please provide us some more info like if the managers that cannot pick a team are all android users?

the managers who aren't able to enger are IOS users.
