Bug with a crew member

Hello,
One of players from our crew Mystery has no chance to go on crew forum. Player's nickname is Marjan F. , he is member for days now but cannot do anything. He dont even have a link to the crew forum (like a graphics bug or something?)
The same player: If he goes to our Mystery homepage, link of his player profile wouldnt open. Well, I tried it from my account and it works good. Looks like problem is only with his account.Please, tell me someone, how to resolve it. Thanks, guys!
