Stars at 105 points or above

Dear everyone,
In the older OSM versions players received a star bonus.
The points were rewarded as following:- 105 points is one star;
- 115 points was two stars;
- 125 points was three stars.
The stars made the players extra good.
My questions are, is the "star system" implemented in the most recent osm-version? And has it changed?
