National Teams - Choosing the Players

Hi.
I have first time chosen a National Team in OSM.My suggestion since we can not do transfers. How would it be if we could choose between all players of the chosen country which ones we'll use in our National Team.
Would be much more interesting for those managers who choose an old team like me (Belgium).
With younger players there is a big advantage compared to other teams. -

Yes, just like you wrote, no transfers are allowed on these special leagues and that's why I find them so hard and exciting . A pure technical - strategic - tactical challenge for managers with strong nerves !
