When all the other team have players between 50 & 70 rating, he have 90 & 70. How it's possible ? Boss coin ?

Hi, this depends on how active you are on transfers, how well you use the scout and transfer list, how quick you sell players, etc...
And of course if you compensate club funds often with the coins.
