Unable to process Cheater Report

Having typed in my detailed Cheater Report and then pressed the 'Continue' button, a note in red appeared , to indicate something had gone wrong and to raise the issue here. ("Something went wrong, please help us by reporting on the forums.").
As the nature of my report involves potential fraudulent activity against GB, I would appreciate a PM soonest, advising how I can report my findings, ideally giving me the email address of the GB director responsible for computer integrity/hacking.
