No boss coins received

I completed the Game of War offer to be awarded 909 boss coins, i completed all of the requirements.

I was a new user

I got my stronghold to level 10

Within 18 hours i should have recieved my reward. However this wasn't the case, after not receiving the coins in the estimated time i sent a claim to the sponsor and havent heard back since, my worry is now when i go back on to the offers page that i won't receive my coins as only 30 are left of the offer. Can anyone help me claim what is mine, i am getting very fustrated
