I know you dont like cheating to be discussed in the forums but i dont know who eles to ask is their no way you guys can just find cheaters automaticly insted of us having to keep reporting a user and he never gets banned or removed?

Hi, like you rightly said, we don't discuss cheatings on the forum.
When you make your report, OSM staffs investigates it and decides who gets banned or not.
