When is the Transfer List renewed? We have the same players for a long time and we are playing a group of friends who are not selling our players we put on the list, and we all continue to check this problem in this game?

Transfer list is renewed on every transfer round. If the numbers of players added by CPU on transfer list drops before the round, then new players are added.
If no CPU players were bought by users neither their prices decreased below the minimum rate, then no players leave and also no players will be added!I noticed that there were transfers being made on the league recently, so it looks to me that list is being renewed!
