This is something that can not be investigated so easy, without some proof. You said your own that you can not go back to take some picture....that's why we can not seek for some problem.....what you can do is to take some picture of your manager points today and tomorrow and if your manager points doesn't change, then report it again on the support forum, filling the template given on the Important please read topic.
