Age balance

Hi guys , In the app if you click on the ? Mark when you're on the lineup window, it tells you that you should mind the age balance.

Anyone knows what that means?

I would appreciate if someone could help.

Another thing is that most of my team players are young players, I usually sell the older ones .. should I buy some older player to balance the age in my team? Or it doesn't matter?

Hi, your assistant is simply telling you it's better to have both younger and older players in the team.
For the second question, as the manager you know your team the best so you decide on that.
