My team it's shown with other username

I took control on Tottenham Hotspur in 6th round of competition and the name of the previous user it's shown under team name. Is that a bug?

No this sounds more like something at you're end, did you already tried to force close app or removed cookies/cache from website?

I tried to force close app and I removed cookies/ cleaned cache . Still there and it's annoying. Here is the screenshot of my account:

Ah now are things clear thanks to the screen.
That's not the former manager name, but the league name.
So that can't be changed, unless the league still has a human league moderator, who can change the league name.
