I made yesterday 4 Tickets because I didn't get the points for doing the offers.
It said they will solve this case in the next 24 hours.
After 24hours the tickets just disappeared, they weren't solved or anything, they're just gone.

And I saw that other people have the same problem.
What do I need to do to get my points?
