Formations and Tactics

I think it is a problem for most of OSM mangers that there are immutable formations and tactics. I need to make mine and to be different from the other mangers. I think the other mangers want this too.
In formations, there are basic formation there is no creativity on it since i have started the game 3 years ago.
in tactic, i only can choose attack or defend or in between, the same in other thing. I only have options to select from.
In football nowaday every player has a job to do. So will we see som thing new in these things soon?

@a7md-abobakr I find this pretty interesting but it would be a lot of work to do for the developers to add options that allow the managers to choose what's each player job, but that comes kinda made up already in the atributes of each one, for example midfielders that have more defensive points and attacking points, it pretty sure those are made up to be in the back side of the midfielders line, for example in a 4-2-3-1 you can put 2 midfielders with more defensive points and those will work as the defensive center-midfielders, I see it that way at least and I doubt I'm the only one who thinks like that.
Yet it's not a bad idea what you say, it's actually interesting, but it would be hard and take a lot of time before it comes out I think, this goes for both, the formations, and each players job since you can use for example 4-4-2 B as a 4-3-1-2 or a 4-1-3-2 depending on what players you choose to put in the formation. -
Thank you for your suggestions but remember OSM, always tries to be simply...simply to tactics, buying players, formations...but as i said many time, maybe we will see some of these suggestions on the future updates...
