Manager as Moderator

I did not realize this happens but me and a friend chose the Spanish league and didn't notice the moderator is the manager for Barcelona, how easily can that manager kick other from the league, I've seen a few teams go, and they were doing pretty well. Can they actually kick other managers for any reason they see fit or are there restrictions?

No, league moderators can only kick for inactivity.
So as long as you keep login, the league moderator can not kick you.
