Invited friends and didn't got my bonus.

So, I started playing and liked the game, then I decided to invite 2 friends.
I clicked in friends, sent the link using whatsapp (I'm gonna post the link in the end) they got in and I didn't got my bonus.Later I decided to e-mail the Portuguese support and got the WORST attendance I ever had in a game.
First e-mail I Sent (I'm gonna traslate then to english):"Hello , I invited 2 friends, they used my link and I didnt get the 50 bonus credits from each.
Can you help me"Support: "Can you be more explict?"
2 email: "I invited to friends, to get in game using the provided link, both of them are playing for almost a week, and I Did not get my bonus"
Support: " Can you send me the link you used and the names of your friends"
3 email: "Nickname brunosdamata, and marcelloszz. The link I got from the app:

Can you help solve my problem?
And the link is right they were able to download the game.
How the link you provide is not this? Do I need to send a video by clicking on the button for you to believe?
Did you even click on the link? When I open it here it goes straight to the app. How can it not be real?Support: "Do not click on the link, just copy it."

Did both your friends receive any reward? The 50 coins reward for joining the game which can be claimed if they go to their friend list (not the one for completing the tutorial) -
No they only got the bonus everyone gets from entering the game first time.

If they didn't get that reward it means they may have used the link the wrong way or it might also be due to one of the following reasons :
- New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app, closes it and later open it an sign up, it won't work, he needs to click link again and only after create the account)
- Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one
- There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any reward
- New user must create his/her account on the same OSM version as the inviter (i.e. World for World, Dutch for Dutch versions).
