Bug step-by-step Description: At 10am a special offer appeared on TL - Kasper Dolberg. I have 6 hours to buy him. I checked TL 2 hours later and there is no Special offer.
It is not the first time of this bug - I noticed it earlier this week for several times.Secondly, Why about 90% of Special offers on TL are Keppers?
