Transfer Mechanics

I have a question about the transfer mechanics of the game:

1.When does the computer buy players you have put on the transfer list?

2.When are new players of the computer (other competitions) added to the transfer list?

Does this happen at random or at a specific time?

I would really like to clear this up.

• Transfers start mostly at 2am server time while some servers start at 4am and run for 2 hours interval for 8 cycle (2am, 4am, 6am, 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm while servers with start transfer time of 4am ends at 6pm).
• Players are added: same times as above.
• The times are specific to the first point above.
• Players are bought at minimum or maximum prices allowed.

I dont understand. How can an older Hendersson with 1 less rating get sold but Wanyama who is cheaper and better and younger not get sold in 3 days???

Transfers are just random.... maybe a team needs more at the time the one player than the other one....
