@maloba Yeah, last year duel in the round of 16, wow, amazing two games ! In the first leg, PSG destroys Barca with 4-0, brilliant performance by Di Maria !

And in the second leg, Barca won 6-1, and go to the next phase! Do you remember the 6th Barca goal scored by Sergi Roberto, wow, that was amazing ! And, I remember some great goal chances by Cavani, but he misses them ! 🙂 😉

There are good managers, great managers, and then there are THE ARTISTS

In 2010, Juventus were knocked out of the Europa League by The Then-Mighty Fulham. In 2018, Juventus were knocked out of the Champions League by Real Madrid.

Well, it's always nice to see development...

Do all of you live in the UK or something because everyone is calling it football but I live in Canada and here we say soccer

@nellie101 - almost all Europeans refer to it as football, if not they may have been Americanised. 😉

Brits coined the term soccer circa the 1800s to distinguish association footie from association rugby. The terms rugger and soccer were used up until WWII by Brits, whereby they dropped the latter to distance their linguistic usage from Americans. Also, the prevalence of American football forming and coming to fruition in the 1900s caused some distancing between the terms.

I guess Canadians didn't really have such a need as the Brits for this so-called distancing or distinguishing of terminology.

@nixieosm And now Roma have knocked out Barca.

Liverpool v Bayern would be a nice combo for the final to see if Klopp has developed enough from 2013 to beat Heynckes in Der Klassiker.

I'd love to see Roma-Bayern final and Roma winning that final.

@the-beautiful-one Either Roma or Liverpool would be a nice change as winners. Both kinda deserve it for knocking out Barca and Man City respectively. Bring it on!

    Bayern Munchen-Real Madrid... good match.
In 2013, Heynckes's Bayern defeated Barcelona with 7-0. Maybe we will see this again to Real 😉
My favourite team is Bayern Munchen. We are lucky, watch well Heynckes's side. He is the best manager in the world, very good analyst. What is your prediction?

@ardachampion Heynckes is one of the top managers around, Munich bringing him back after the Pep era is a testament to the fact.

I think it will be a close game and could go either way 3 -2. You cannot underestimate a glimpse of brilliance from Ronald but Munich have been very comfortably consistent.

@roberto-ayza What a game! Salah again proving why he won the PFA player of the year. Will he get the Ballon d'or?

Gonna be an amazing second leg. It is a shame about Ox but Wijnaldum was a good sub, if not the best midfielder of the game. Klopp will have to use one of his U23 mids in the second game as a sub, I reckon Alves.

Who do you think will win the Bayern v Madrid game. I reckon with their consistency so far. Unless Ronaldo produces one of his game changers.
