If your league is private it means you used an advance tool and it's not possible to change this.
But if you didn't use any advance tool then you should be able to open it using the moderator tool.

@sbayramov02 mate, like I said in this topic and I'll say it for the last time;
Transfers are random and you can't say for sure when players will get sold. You can try reducing your asking price and hope your players sell faster.

Also for the last time you should stop using other people's topic not relating to issues you're reporting and stop posting same content on different forums as well.
