Scout found me a player who's playing in our league.

So, we are playing on English League with our friends. Recently i called scout for under 24 age defender 90+ and he scouted me a Chelsea player which my friend has it. I didn't noticed that and bought the player "Christensen" for 18M. He didn't put the player on the transfer list or anything. I got the player but he didn't get any money and he lost his player. What should we do?? Also if you look at the picture i uploaded, my team is blue colored and chelsea is not. Picture of the transfer
