Need help very quick

Good afternoon,

I play this game a lot in the big competitions, i am currently in a battle.
But something very stange happened, i was updating our crewpage and after i was done i clicked on the button: Save.

but when i did that he throw me out of the competition the battle.
I need to get back in but i cant, i is a really important battle and because it is a but or something i dont think it is fair that the result will count if i can not get back in.

How did this happen this is something strange.

it was playing the battle on Clubslot 2.

it happened when i was on a laptop

i already did everything, deleted cookies, browser etc.

Please can hou put me back in the battle is is really important, i have an important match about 20:00.

Thanks mate, we already came with an solution for this battle but it is still a good thing to have a look at it

I talked with some other experience managers about (and Carlo) and we think we have an idea what happened.

You have above a tab where you can set your crewleague, i wanted to do this so i clicked on it.
Then i choose the battle as our crewleague (Clubslot 2).
When i did that i came back on the crewpage and clicked Save.

At that moment i choose career and i saw absoluty nothing on my clubslot 2.

We think that when you want to set a crewleague he throws you out of the regular comp so you can make a new comp?
But it is only a wild guess, but it sounds plausible.

Well if you need more info please ask me and i will tell you everything

Normally, when users (crew moderators) perform the above action they get a dialog box asking if they want to resign from the league (or slot) which they have chosen to make the crew league and if they accept by choosing yes only then will they be kicked out of that league.

Did you get the pop up message and did you pick yes?

no i did not get that pop up but that wil explain a lot.

i just click on the slot and after that it gets me back to the crewpage.

yes no problem, we all ready had an solution for the battle, so i have al the time now

Unfortunately, there is no way to reproduce this. Unless you can explain exactly how this happened. If possible you can make a video of it.
For now there's nothing devvers can do about it. Sorry!
