Lost Cup Final

Hello,
So I was playing with AJAX and it was match day 38: the cup final.
I was playing against FC Groningen. My players have a rating of 90-100 each, while the players of FC Groningen have the average rating of 60-75. I went for a training camp to be sure to win the cup, so there is like no chance the opponent would win. Somehow this game ended up 0-0 with FC Groningen winning penalties. How is this possible? I am really frustrated about this so if someone could give me an explanation that would be great. Is this a glitch or a bug or something? Let me know. I doubt it was a bug, lower rated teams even when you play TC can still beat you, the beauty and frustration of the game.

@bacoo-der-net_nl Okay but chances for FCG to win were very little nearly unexisting so this is very strange. How can I contact OSM about this case?

you should analiize your tactics to understand where you have wrong -

And as stated above, this isn't a bug. Because you have a stronger squad doesn't mean you'll win every game. Just like the World Cup which ended some hours ago you see smaller teams beating the bigger ones. It all boils down to several factors during the game not only the squad value.
