Selling players instantly

When clicking on a player there should be an option to sell instantly on the right hand side of the card, everyone in my league is getting this option apart from me and one other player, this is causeing me to lose out on transfering for other players, please help as i am the admin of my league and ive paid to play and cannot transfer, thanks.

That's in testing stage, there for a small percentage of the users have that option.
