The manager points that I have earned by completing leagues have not been added on my current manager point. What should I do ?

Can you explain more, for example, when did the league end? -
İt ended about a weak ago. And also when I go to my profile and add up all the manager points shown, İt adds up to be around 13000. However, my manager point is only 7000 now.
