Email not work

Dear all. I want to play OSM again but with the email i had before, i delete that again before (200% sure about this). But now i can't open a account with my email again. What can i do about this?

There's nothing you can do about it.
It's not possible to use same email for new account even when you've removed the other account.
So you'll have to create a new email account and link that to the new osm account or if there's already an email linked then leave it the way it is.
