Problem with the new season - Advanced tools

Platform: Website PCI can't continue my league.
I choose option "Next season", then continent, league and club.
And when I clich "Yes" during confirmation I receive message:
"Oops.
We couldn't start your league because it can't be private with these tools disabled."
I'd like transfers disallowed, and other tools allowed.

It didn't worked as a league open to everyone.
It worked as private league only. I thought I could change the status after start of the league. But it's not working
There is a message: "You can't open up your league because you used an advanced tool."How can I open my league to everyone?

@carlos-wallace You can't open the league but you're able to invite managers.
You've turnt transfers off in the league and that option belongs to the advanced tools.
Remember that before the league resets it also must be turnt on if you're going to play a normal league. -

I really don't understand how to choose options to start league@carlos-wallace There are a few leagues where standard transfers are standard on Nation league belongs to those leagues of course the league moderators have the possibility to turn it off but then it automatically becomes a closed league that can't be opent for everyone.
When you're able to open/close a league like in European National Cup U21 it simply means that transfers are standard off.
As long as you don't use any of the advanced settings you will be able to open/close the league.

Everytime we set a next season and we want different settings from previous season, we should check our Advanced settings by clicking on the word Advanced tools:
If we can't click on Advanced tools, this means that we've advanced settings disabled and Private league status is enabled, so we've to disable it first!
Situation A:
League picked has no transfers by default so I can't enable/disable them and I'm allowed to create an open league
Situation B:
League picked has transfers by default so I'm able to enable/disable them and I'll only be allowed to open league if I enable transfers!
Is this clear now?
