Help my league was discontinued?

I am the moderator of Happy Return league.I finished the Belerus league on 1st of January and before reset I paid 96 boss coins to start the Ukraine league. But after reset instead of starting the Ukraine league,the slot was blank. This has been the situation up till now please what is going on here? OSM please correct this bug. This is happening on the 2nd slot of my account.
