You just need to delete one and keep playing with the other.

Please read our OSM Terms where it is stated on point two that having more than one OSM account is not allowed.
Like the manager above mentioned, you can only keep one account or you risk having both accounts being locked.
But if your accounts are on both versions (e.g. World and Dutch version) then you are okay but you can't join or merge them as one.
