• Posting line up one day before the league opens (till 00:00 Dutch server time): 08/01/2019 penalty: - 50
• Posting line up on the same day when the league opens: 09/01/2019 walkover (1000-0)

The selectors must give the lin-ups according to an example. Otherwise, we can draw the consequences

Transfer start:

• Selling immediately
• Buys will be allowed only after the 1st TRANSFERS simulation. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points.
• This round can't be used transfers (sale) with the use of coins. We have to be fair to anyone. Each transfer out of that standard costs -50 points.
