League continued automatically?

Hey, sorry if there was already a question about this, I've noticed that during my last day of season my league was already automatically continued, so next season I have to play same league, same team. What is reason for this, I should change league settings one day before last day, or?

There has been a fix when it comes to remove leagues that has been set on continue.
Unfortunately to avoid users with many seasons still losing their league this action was needed. You can let us know if you want to set next season and we will forward it, so you can set next season yourself.

I would like to be able to change this setting, as I was planning on to continue my league but in a different country. If this is possible, I'd be grateful, if not, then I'll work with what I have
