Hiya! Welcome to the World forum .
Are you trying to tell us that you need new improved players for your squad?
There is no specific List of Players, for our Squad building we use mostly the League's Transferlist and the Scout .
So in your case , your Scout will do the job for you. You send him on a trip and he returns with his goodies. With 3 new players that fulfill your own requested criteria.
Did you check him out or not yet?
The Scout has all of the criteria that you mentioned on your post and even more.
