Unable to buy boss coins using the 'pay by mobile' option

Hi all,
I have been trying to buy boss coins using the 'pay by mobile' option without success. I enter my phone number, then click the 'next' button as indicated, but all I get is this same message every single time:

Take a look at this topic and you'll have an idea why you can't buy coins by phone.

Every country and every platform has it's payment systems. some are not available on all countries.

Google wallet/play has lots of payment systems, so if you play on Android App you can pay via googleplay and pay with your phone balance.
