    Hi,

    First of all I want to say that I really enjoy the game and that I take it very seriously.
    Therefore I was wondering if it would be possible if some questions could be answerd preferably with formulas the game uses if thats possible.

    -Which factors play a role in selling players and the time it takes to sell them? (rating, value, playround?)
    -What affects the players Fitness and Moral and at what rate?
    -How does choosing the right captain/penalty,freekick, corner taker affect the game?
    -When do I have a good captain? (I choose the oldest player who is still pretty young (26) and slightly worse than my best player but the analytics say there is a better option what I don't understand) Which ages is the right age for a captain?
    -Is a 110 rated player reallly better than a 100 rated player? (since they are both worldstars)
    -Do you get a better boost if you play with e.g. 9 players from the same nationality instead of with 6?

    hello, well we all enjoy it, and I will try to answer as many questions as I can, the factor of selling player is rating + their age + the value, the much younger the much high rate of selling them, the playground does not have any effect, the fitness affected by the games , the more the players play their fitness decrease, the morals on the other hands is affected by not playing , the less they play the more moral will decrease , u should try to let all players have equaled chance at playing games, the choosing of set pieces is important u can a match just with it , the free kick u should choose someone who is good at kicking and is known for his freekicks goal , u can google all ur player to see who can shoot it and who can't , it the same thing for penalty and corners. ur captain should be someone fearless, a defender a middle-aged goalkeeper or a very experienced player in ur team, the age should be between 28 to 34 and so. well 110 is better than 100 but sometimes even an 80 rating player can be better than a 110, u should just put the right formation and tactics, the rest on the game, yes if ur team have most of the player in the nationality it will help them connect better at game , i hope i could help you .     There is not a factor to sell players in the game. How more you ask for a player, how longer it takes to sell him. Above 30mil, your player will stay longer on the transfer list. Players who are are on the transfer list between 10-20mil are easier to sell.

    Fitness: If your players play every day, they will get tired. Solution: Let them rest for a day
    Moral: Losing games is bad for the moral. A good moral = Winning

    At the end of the game, they will give you some hints. Sometimes they say "i think ... is not a good captain", or "i think there are better players to take a corner or freekick"

    Already explained above. Normally an old player who have got experience.

    Yes, a 110 rated player is better then a 100 rated player.

    The minimun requiry for that boost is 6. It will not make a difference if you have 9 or 10 players of the same nationality

    @wooper_nl Allow me to correct on your first point, while the information is unnoficial there's quite a formula based on player ratings that enable you to sell them much faster if you know that formula, I've tested it already and always base my selling price on that formula

    @sergiu-il so you discovered this formula through trial and error or you have some kind of insider knowledge.

    Most games strategies can be discovered, and though I think OSM change their tactics engine not sure about their transfer one.
